Refund Policy

At RA TRIBE, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual and metaphysical products. Due to the nature of our items, refunds are limited. Please review our refund policy below.

REFUND OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you have sent your return via a carrier, we’ll process it within 72 hours after receiving it at our facilities.

Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.

Please note that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount in a maximum of 14 days depending on your bank.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Supporting evidence (clear photos of the product and packaging) is provided.
• Refunds are processed as store credit or exchange only unless otherwise approved.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind or incorrect product selection
• Used or opened products
• Smudging tools, crystals, tarot/oracle decks, and personal care items (due to hygiene and energetic reasons)
• Digital products or custom orders

3. Refund Process

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
2. Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item for verification.
3. Once approved, we will issue a store credit, exchange, or refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
• If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
